Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms of Service (“the Terms” “the Agreement”)) are a legal agreement between you and Yoga and Pilates Centre Dublin Ltd (“YPCD” “ypcd.ie””The Studio” “us””our” or “we”) regarding your use of services available at www.ypcd.ie and at The Studio including any downloadable software program that you are accessing or installing on your device or personal computer and the services available through that software program (“the Service”).

By using any portion of the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by and are becoming a party to these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of your employer, you represent that you are authorised to accept the Terms on your employer’s behalf.

By purchasing any of YPCD’s products or services you agree that you have read and agree to all the below terms and conditions and will adhere to all our policies. 

  • YPCD may at any time without notice withdraw all or part of its facilities for any period or periods for the purpose of cleaning, repair or maintenance work or for any reasons beyond its control.
  • You accept that even with clear instructions there is a risk of injury. It is your responsibility to consult a physician regarding any and all matters involving your personal health and including without limitation:  any prior or existing injuries; and your ability to participate in the programs offered by YPCD.
  • We strongly encourage you to talk to the teacher about any pre-existing conditions before the class. For most of conditions adjustments can and will be offered.
  • You recognise this Agreement as release and waiver of liability is a legal contract and that you have complete knowledge of its contents.
  • You represent and warrant that any profile information you submit is true and accurate and that you are 18 years of age or older and are capable and competent to enter into, and abide by these Terms.

 

Purchase Policy

  • Please note that YPCD reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio. Except for a monetary refund you have no claim against YPCD because of their refusal to allow you admission to the studio.
  • Students must be 16 years or over to attend classes and workshops at YPCD.
  • Bookings are made subject to The Studio’s right to alter the programme or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
  • Classes are subject to availability so please book early to avoid disappointment. 
  • Please note you cannot book a class without purchasing a relevant class pass. Class passes may only be used for classes, they do not apply to workshops and courses.
  • All of our retail purchasing and class bookings (both online and in She Studio) are managed by our online booking software, bsport.
  • Introductory offers can only be used once by new clients to the studio. 
  • Bookings that are made online have priority over walk-in bookings. 
  • Full payment of classes or workshops in advance of attendance is required. 

 

Refund Policy

  • YPCD does not offer refunds on services for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. If you purchase a service or product from us, please note that these are non-refundable. This includes part used class packs. It is not possible to split or share any class pack you purchase and these cannot be transferred to someone else. If you do not use your class pack by the expiration date, any unused classes will be forfeited. 

 

Gift Vouchers

  • Any gift voucher you purchase from YPCD cannot be returned or transferred between the parties, however they can be used for all yoga and pilates services offered at our studio. 
  • If you incur any fees, charges or exchange rates from your financial institution or card issuing company, please note that YPCD is not responsible. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your class, you can do so up to 24 hours before the start time. However, failure to cancel within this timeframe results in forfeiture of class pass or payment of the class. 
  • In respect of workshops, you can cancel your booking up to 3 days before the workshop is scheduled to start. Failure to cancel within this timeframe results in the forfeiture of payment of the workshop. 
  • The only way to cancel a class / workshop is via the YPCD website or bsport app. If YPCD has to cancel a class for any reason a full refund will be offered to drop-ins. For class pass holders, the class will not be deducted from your class pack. In respect of workshops, if YPCD has to cancel a workshop for any reason a full refund will be offered.
  • For unlimited passes: we ask that you use your pass fairly and do not block the spaces in the studio, which are limited. If you have 3 cancellations within 10 days your pass will be frozen for 5 days. You are not entitled to a refund.

 

Studio Etiquette

  • Class sign in starts 10 minutes before the class start time. Please avoid arriving too early as the door may be locked and you may not be admitted to the studio until 10 minutes before the start.
  • Class sign in starts 1 minute before the class start time. If you arrive after this time, you will not be permitted to enter the class. You will not receive a refund (drop in) and your class will be taken off your pass.
  • While in the studio, you agree to conduct yourself with courtesy and respect and to behave considerably towards other students, the teachers, and management at all times.
  • The use of cameras and recording equipment and mobile phones is strictly forbidden. However, in hybrid classes that are being streamed online The Studio will have a camera pointed at the teacher.
  • We ask that everyone has left the building 20 minutes after the class has finished.
  • Please do not come into the studio if you have any viral infection.  If you are in close contact with someone vulnerable please appreciate the risk involved and understand that YPCD cannot be held responsible.
  • Vaping and smoking is forbidden on the premises. 
  • Make sure that any tissues are placed on your towel and not on the floor.
